Why does the historic deployment order matter?

Mainly for Krinkle: Why does this matter? "(where test.wikipedia.org would be the first wiki to get the next version and test2.wikipedia.org the last – together with the Wikipedias)." It's confusing to have in the introduction because it hasn't been true for the past year, I'm not sure it was ever really true, and it's certainly not terribly relevant information to someone looking to learn what it does now, no? -- RobLa (talk) 22:57, 24 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
