Bot accounts cannot be members of the Tools project

This isn't about user groups, but names: "A4OWikia Bot" has "bot" in its name, and it looks very much like an account that multiple humans have access to. --Tim Landscheidt (talk) 01:04, 21 January 2016 (UTC)
