@BryanDavis: How's the state of the support? Per T138138 I thought this is supported in some way. (Maybe not fully, but at least basically). Also it was suggested to me on IRC as an alternative to Venv in non-python languages. --Dvorapa (talk) 11:21, 1 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

The software packages needed are installed, but there is no support beyond that. By that I mean that a tool maintainer can try to use these techniques, but the Cloud Services team & Toolforge admins will be under no obligation to help them troubleshoot issues that may occur as a result. --BryanDavis (talk) 22:39, 4 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
