Justification for shell access
As part of the VERP GSoC project to handle email bounces, we ( Jeff, Lego and me ) wants to deploy the BounceHandler extension (https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-BounceHandler ) to Beta to make it production ready. The exim change which would allow VERP addressing got merged on 01 /08 /2014 by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/141287/ . This was the first part of our deployement strategy.
