gitlab1004 is a production Gitlab server (along with Gitlab1003 in eqiad) and Gitlab2002/Gitlab2003 in codfw.

Connecting

Connect to gitlab1004 over ssh by proxying through a bastion (e.g. bast1003.wikimedia.org). As with other hosts, ensure you have ProxyJump configured in .ssh/config (see Production shell access). Then connect as follows:
