Move into Help namespace and add Template:Cloud VPS nav?

@Ebernhardson, SRodlund: I think this page should move into the Help namespace because it is Cloud VPS end user documentation rather than WMF production documentation. Maybe a title like Help:CirrusSearch elasticsearch replicas would be appropriate? The page is also probably worthy of mentioning on Portal:Data Services to increase its discoverability. That all seems reasonable to me, we don't have any particular analysis but i would be surprised if tools other than global-search and my new project use it today. Getting some discoverability would be great. Ebernhardson (talk) 23:10, 21 September 2020 (UTC)
