On Wikitech content administrators are users with nearly the same permissions as administrators, however they're basically deprived of the ability of edit the wiki interface ('editinterface') due to its sensitiveness in this Wiki. Content administrator permissions are appropriate for trusted users willing to perform general maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Appointment
Requests for content administrator permissions are handled in Phabricator using this task template.
Content administrators can be appointed and removed by bureaucrats.
