Should <instancename>.pmtpa-proxy.wmflabs.org be replaced with <instancename>.eqiad-proxy.wmflabs.org ?

Puppet is a complicated tool and I don't think we should be recommending it for newcomers to create relatively simple setups (like what this page describes). So I would propose either archiving this page or turning this to a tutorial on how to install those components by hand or some simpler tool, although I would hope most people needing one would use Toolforge instead.
