Minor rewording

The proposal looks good to me, I would change some wordings but just minor things:

From "Build and run tools":

Navigate tool accounts and files -> Create and access your tool account
Kubernetes backend -> might move this to useful links or similar, seems out of place/not a task
Use Redis for caching -> Use shared Redis for caching
Set up Elasticsearch -> Use shared Elasticsearch for searching

From "Access shared storage and databases":

Access shared storage and databases -> Access wiki generated data, mainly to differentiate between accessing data that was generated by a wiki (wikireplicas/dumps/cirrussearch) from using a data storage for your tool (toolsdb/nfs/redis/elasticsearch).
Manage tool databases and storage -> I'd move this to the "build and run tools" section, maybe rename "Create a DB for your tool or access shared storage" or split in two
