October 2013 - list of crapola we need to do to move the last apache/deployment/config/etc stuff off fenari to tin

There's sync scripts and some binaries not on tin, the apache config repo isn't over there, there's some keys that probably have to be copied around too; see Apaches and Wikimedia binaries for some (outdated) information about those.

This will get formatted into a better list with things checked off, over time.

Ryan wants it converted to git deploy so Sartoris#Adding_a_new_repo and also porting a few scripts to use salt.
