Setup

A new machine will need imaging by ops. Once it is imaged, stop kartotherian, tilerator, and tileratorui services. With services stopped, load the map data. After map data is loaded, create a new Cassandra keyspace.

Once the setup is complete, launch tilerator, tileratorui, and kartotherian. Check for new errors with tail-tilerator, tail-tileratorui, and tail-kartotherian.
