The GaleraClusterSizeMismatch alert fires when the Galera cluster does not have exactly three members.

The procedures in this runbook require admin permissions to complete.

Error / Incident

The datastore used by all OpenStack services might be having clustering issues.

Debugging

In general, this alert is caused by either:

• Problems on a single node, which would also trigger other more specific alerts, or
• Maintenance (OS upgrades, node replacements) which hopefully have some relevant communications in -cloud-admin
