Waiting times

On the meta talk page Fæ said "I would like to add a view on waiting times, but the discussion above looks stale." I think this talk page is the right page to hold that particular discussion. What do others think about the proposed 14/28/90 day waiting periods? Too long? Too short? Too arbitrary? Quick link added to aid in task creation

Just an FYI. I've added a quick link to make it easier to Adopt a tool.

I made that link by following the instructions/example in mw:Phabricator/Help/Task Creation URL, and by copying an example Description into https://www.url-encode-decode.com/ to get the properly encoded URL structure. Quiddity (talk) 19:06, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
